Device Layer: Integrating Digital & Intelligence to Break the Bottleneck of Single Function

TYT's MB3 Series Smart IoT Miniature Circuit Breakers deeply integrate intelligent sensing technology, edge computing, and IoT communication. They break the bottleneck of the single protection function of traditional miniature circuit breakers and build a closed-loop intelligent protection system of "real-time monitoring - intelligent early warning - active control - data traceability - energy efficiency optimization", solving the problems of electrical hazards and energy waste.


Transmission Layer: Flexible Networking to Adapt to Various Usage Environments

Networking is uniformly realized through the MB3-J2 Series Smart IoT Gateways, which reduces operation and maintenance costs and installation time, and enables the complete replacement of ordinary distribution boxes.

Miniature circuit breakers and gateways are connected via RS-485 wired communication to ensure communication stability. The gateways support multiple external communication methods such as Ethernet, WIFI, 4G, and IoT cards, enabling stable and efficient networking.

Application Layer: Smart IoT Driving a Leap in Energy Efficiency

The TYT FUTURE Smart IoT Power Management Platform builds a control logic for load forecasting, real-time decision-making, and adaptive adjustment based on AI algorithms, realizing functions such as real-time monitoring, intelligent early warning, remote control, and energy efficiency analysis.
